My experience was short because I had ordered for pickup. The hostess/waitress was very kind and made me feel very welcome. She immediately brought me out a nice tall glass of water because it was pretty hot that day. She filled me in about the specials and explained all my questions about the menu. I give this place 5 Stars and 5 Atta-boys. Looks like a very fun place to eat with a group.
My boyfriend ordered the boil, some crab legs and claws on a garlic butter and lemon pepper sauce. It was really good, especially the potatoes. I ordered an oyster po boy, it came with fries so I chose the sweet potato fries. They were waffle-style and lightly seasoned. So so good. I recommend those as well as the fried oysters. They are open late, until 10pm. It worked out perfectly so we could grab dinner after our movie date. Will be back.
Visited 11/02. Jonny was extremely helpful and patient. The food was 10/10. I had oysters, built my own seafood boil and a drink. 100% recommend. Will return
The oysters were delicious raw and steamed with some medium heat. The shrimp salad was delicious too.
We tried the Famous Low Country Boil combo and it was solid. Good portion for two people, and everything was cooked well. The 88 Special Sauce was the standout a nice mix of old bay, buttery, garlicky, and spicy flavors that pulled everything together. We also got the wings, definitely recommend asking for them drenched in the 88 sauce for more flavor. We came in after lunch hours, so it wasn’t busy. Not sure how it is during peak times or if reservations are needed then. Overall, good food and decent value. Would come back.
